Miss Luna

A few months ago, my aunt, Becky,  got a beautiful Sphynx kitten named Luna. Over the holidays, I was able to make portraits (and play with!) the sweet girl. Huge eyes, beautiful coat, and a hilarious personality.

Luna, you can visit us from Dallas anytime. (Well, as long as Wednesday approves!)

Deal time!

A bit of an announcement from photography-land! Drumroll please…

That’s right! I’m offering engagement and portrait sessions for $125 in the Atlanta area! What’s included in this delightful special?

  • A 2-hour shoot with yours truly
  • Online viewing
  • 20 fully-edited high-resolution images on a disc
  • Lots of fun!

Space is limited, so contact me as soon as possible if you are interested! Email me at lauren@iloveyoumuch.com or use the handy-dandy contact link up top for a form! Feel free to pass this information along to any friends, family, etc. who might be interested. (Great for holiday card season as well!)

BUT WAIT, THERE’S MORE!

As an added bonus, my first booking gets a 20% discount and 5 extra fully-edited images!

Ready, set, GO!

A huge hooray!

I’m not sure if you’ve noticed, but I have this little love for photography. I’ve been saving up, trying to get my ducks in a row, and stalling all over the place, but I’ve finally done it. (Or started doing it, more correctly.) I’ve stepped up to the plate and finally started an official photography website/blog for my venture.

It’s very exciting! BUT, what’s just as exciting is that I got to photograph Kelly of Spindle Photography. Isn’t she adorable?

Lots and lots of fun. Go over and see the full post with lots more pictures!

Okay…

I’ll play. I know there’s this Tuesday thing for shoes, and whilst I refuse to refer to it by name, I’ll bite, finally.

Too-large shoes, Banana Republic, Spring 2009. Neon socks, J. Crew, Winter/Spring 2010.

P.S. Wednesday on a Tuesday will return, just a little late.

Let me do it!

I’m in the process of launching a full-blown and way-less-ghetto-than-this-post site, but due to recent inquiries, I thought I’d do a quick little list of what I’m available to do.

Ok, perhaps not so quick, but  I think I hit all of the high points. I’m based in Atlanta, but am willing to travel for services that require it! So c’mon, let’s play. I want to make your stuff pretty. You can either use the handy-dandy contact form on this page, or email me– lauren@iloveyoumuch.com

On the horizon…

Contact me for more info, dears.

More ring shots, plus a slight teaser.

I have some pretty exciting news to share quite soon, but it will have to wait a little bit, because I don’t want to spoil the surprise! (Ok, it’s not news or a surprise, but my dress came in, and I have pictures… of me in it! More on that later!)

Until then, some lovely ring shots I took yesterday. I really need to get out and photograph more, but I’ve just been so busy. Everything that this camera puts out is like butta’. I want to make little camera babies with it. Mmmf.

As a good follow-up to my last post, I’m going to post photos of my parents’ wedding. It was so 70s fabulous, and they’re both so freaking adorable. I hope I look half as beautiful as my mother did on her wedding day!

smallIMG_2609smallIMG_2612My grandmother fluffing my mom’s veil, and my mom making a goobery face. :p

smallIMG_2613Mom, her bridesmaids that I don’t know, and my aunts. My father’s sister is on the left, and my mother’s is on the right. People thought that they were sisters!

smallIMG_2615smallIMG_2617My father (in the back) and his best man

smallIMG_2618smallIMG_2621Just married!

smallIMG_2624She still makes that face. True story.

smallIMG_2626Wimps. Needs more face-smooshing.

smallIMG_2632BEST PHOTOGRAPH EVER. I love her hands and that big ol’ grin on her face.

smallIMG_2633The hand-over-the-mouth makes me giggle.

smallIMG_2634LOOK AT THOSE FAB GOING AWAY OUTFITS! Ugh, I love them!

smallIMG_2636

I just love looking at my parents’ wedding photos! It’s so fun to see them so young and so super happy. Plus, they’re damned good-looking! It all just makes me all warm and fluffy inside.

Anybody else get the warm fuzzies when you look at your parents’ wedding albums? It really does take on a whole different meaning when you look their photos while planning your wedding!
