I once bought one for Hawaiian brides. Am I getting married in Hawaii? No. I bought it because I liked the bride's eye makeup on the cover. I wish I had ONLY bought 24 wedding magazines when I was engaged. I was completely obsessed. After we got married, I gave away about half of them to a friend that had gotten engaged. The other half actually came in handy because I started my own wedding planning business and am using all the pictures and ideas from the magazines. I am too scared to count up how much I spent. My husband thought I was a little crazy. Ha! I wish I had ONLY bought 24 wedding magazines when I was engaged. I was completely obsessed. After we got married, I gave away about half of them to a friend that had gotten engaged. The other half actually came in handy because I started my own wedding planning business and am using all the pictures and ideas from the magazines.

I am too scared to count up how much I spent. My husband thought I was a little crazy.

Good news is, I think I got my year of Brides for like $10 and I got Modern Bride AND Elegant Bride for a year for $10 - But I have those pricey Knot Magazines, and I actually decided to do a subscription to Martha. Scares me to think though... because there are a LOT of Wedding Mags in So Cal! LOL That is hilarious but also scary, because I might have you doubled.
